Join the PCTN
According to the nature of your business, you can join the Polish Clinical Trials Network (PCTN) as:
OBSERVER
The Observers of the Polish Clinical Trials Network may be: research institutes participating in the health care system, public universities authorized to provide medical education, medical entities established by the State Treasury represented by a minister, a central government administration body or local government that have a contract with the National Health Fund. In addition, experience in the implementation of clinical trials is an obligatory requirement. Before applying, please read the Agreement (Downloadable file below).
Obtaining Observer status gives you access to our activities and events. Observer can participate in PCTN General Assemblies and Network Working Groups. In addition, you will have access to the PCTN Portal.
APPLY FORM - PART A FOR OBSERVER
MEMBER
In addition to the beneficiaries of competitions for the establishment and development of CTSC, membership is open to entities that have held the status of an Observer of the Polish Clinical Trials Network for at least 6 months and meet the minimum requirements of CTSC Model Standard, in: human resources, quality and support systems, and staff training. Before applying, please read the Agreement (Downloadable file below).
Becoming a member, provides additional opportunities in the form of participation in voting on resolutions of the General Assembly of the PCTN, full access to the eCRF (Electronic Case Report Form) System of the MRA, and the possibility to run for the General Assembly's representative on the Network's Council.

Partners of the Polish Clinical Trials Network may become: associations, social and professional organizations, foundations and research infrastructures from the European Union or associated countries, whose goals are identical with the PCTN mission. Before applying, please read the Agreement (Downloadable file below).
The partnership with the PCTN provides an opportunity for joint and strong cooperation for the development of the Polish clinical trials market, thereby increasing public awareness of clinical trials and patients' access to innovative therapies.
