Holy Cross Cancer Centre in Kielce
Holy Cross Cancer Centre in Kielce (HCCC) is a modern hospital that provides extensive care to cancer patients. The comprehensive range of services includes oncological diagnostics, treatment, rehabilitation, and mental care. The establishment of an OncoCTSC at HCCC will help improve the organisation of clinical trials through standardised and effective trial and site management. Developing the established OncoCTSC will attract more commercial and non-commercial clinical trials, extend access to innovative treatments for cancer patients, enhance medical staff involvement in clinical trial conduct, raise patient awareness of clinical trials, boost scientific progress, and ensure better use of the existing infrastructure and resources.
Principal advantages:
- Over the past two years, HCCC conducted 20 commercial clinical trials and 5 non-commercial projects across all phases in the fields of oncology and haemato-oncology.
- Long-standing experience in conducting interventional and observational clinical trials of phases 2 to 4, in both commercial and non-commercial setting.
- Innovative research in advanced diagnostics and pharmacological therapy (member of a consortium implementing the Car-NET project focused on developing a Polish CAR/CAR-T adoptive therapy).
