4th Military Clinical Hospital in Wroclaw
The Clinical Trials Support Centre (CTSC) at 4th Military Clinical Hospital in Wroclaw is funded by the Medical Research Agency as a prominent research facility with qualified and experienced medical personnel. The newly established CTSC will conduct research of the highest standard of GCP compliance, ensuring the greatest patient comfort. The CTSC project envisages hiring top qualified staff, adapting and equipping the premises, purchasing and implementing IT, quality and other support systems, and developing standard operating procedures. The project will attract more commercial and non-commercial clinical trials, improve the effectiveness of trial management, and facilitate efficient subject recruitment at the hospital level and across Lower Silesia.
Principal advantages:
- 20 years of experience in clinical trials across a number of medical fields.
- In the years 2016–2020, the Hospital conducted 65 clinical trials in cardiology, general surgery, oncology, vascular surgery, neurology, otolaryngology, cardiac surgery and internal medicine.
- Clinical trials of phases 2, 3, and 4, as well as other research projects.
- 17 multidisciplinary departments and clinics handling over 60,000 hospitalisations per year.
