University of Opole

The University Clinical Trials Support Centre (UniCTSC) in Opole is a consortium project of University of Opole (UO) and University Clinical Hospital in Opole (USH). In total, the Centre comprises 16 hospital wards and clinics with investigators and research staff of many different specialisations. Principal advantages:

  • Between 2010 and 2020, the Centre performed 52 clinical trials, principally in the field of cardiology.
  • Clinical trials in cardiology and lifestyle diseases.
  • Specialist hospital clinics and an R&D unit Center for Research and Innovation in Civilization Diseases - Cardiovascular Diseases and Spine Diseases.
