Launch of the Extended Version of the Poland Feasibility Tool – New Search Capabilities

We are pleased to announce that the Medical Research Agency has launched the second, extended version of the Poland Feasibility tool, which supports clinical trial Sponsors in planning and conducting research projects in Poland. This tool was developed with both commercial and non-commercial Sponsors in mind, to facilitate the identification of appropriate sites providing healthcare services to patients with specific medical conditions.

What’s new in the tool?

The new version includes:

Two search modes:

  • Basic Search – intuitive and fast, designed for users seeking information on the total number of patients with one or more selected ICD-10 codes, along with administered treatment (chemotherapy) and medical procedures.
  • Expert Search – advanced, presenting results broken down by individual ICD-10 codes, including administered treatment (chemotherapy) and medical procedures.

Expanded data – the tool now includes records covering:

  • medical procedures performed (based on ICD-9),
  • administered treatment (chemotherapy),
  • results for both individual and aggregated ICD-10 codes.

User guides – short, text-based instructions have been developed to walk users through how to correctly use both search modes.

Why use Poland Feasibility v2.0?

  • Poland Feasibility supports clinical trial Sponsors by enabling faster and more efficient planning and execution of studies. Thanks to the presented data, the tool helps optimize site selection, reducing the time needed to initiate a study and improving its quality and efficiency.
  • We believe that Poland Feasibility will become an invaluable resource for both Sponsors and patients, who will benefit from new opportunities arising from clinical research. The data is sourced from the Open Data of the National Health Fund and is presented in tables and maps.

Try the new version!

We encourage you to explore the extended features of the tool and to contact the Sponsor Support Center, which will help you make the most of its capabilities.
