Education
Received a master's degree in management from the University of Lodz, and completed postgraduate studies at Jagiellonian University in Krakow (clinical research), Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw (accounting and finance) and Medical University in Lodz (biostatistics, empirical research).

Professional work
Clinical research project manager with more than nine years of experience in the academic and commercial sectors, has participated in dozens of clinical initiatives in key roles. He has participated in projects co-funded by international research programs such as Horizon 2020, the European Union's 7th Framework Program, and national initiatives including the National Centre for Research and Development Strategmed. He was also involved in the conceptual design and co-founding of the Clinical Research Support Center at the Medical University of Lodz. In recent years, he has gained valuable experience in managing global projects at renowned CROs. In addition, he has served as a Board Member of the Foundation for the Medical University of Lodz and Board Member-Treasurer in the Polish Scientific Society of Wound Healing and Care Organization.
