PhD student in management and quality sciences; expert in healthcare management, innovation, and health technology assessment. A manager with many years of experience in managing healthcare facilities, responsible for the financial, operational, and quality performance of healthcare organizations.
A graduate of the Faculty of Management and Economics at the Gdańsk University of Technology and an MBA program in strategic program and project management. She is currently a doctoral student at the Faculty of Management and Economics at the Gdańsk University of Technology, specializing in management and quality science.
For many years, she has been involved in the public and private healthcare sectors, where she has carried out projects in the areas of organizational transformation, innovation implementation, medical service development, and the optimization of clinical and management processes. She has experience in making investment decisions, analyzing project effectiveness, and collaborating with healthcare institutions.
Co-author of the national BQMM methodology focused on quality improvement, benchmarking, and the scientific development of clinics based on data, quality indicators, and international best practices. Co-author and expert on the HB-HTA (Hospital-Based Health Technology Assessment) methodology.
She is the academic director of a postgraduate program on innovation in healthcare organizations and a lecturer on innovation, Lean Healthcare Management, HB-HTA, change management, and leadership in healthcare.
In her professional work, she focuses on building effective models of collaboration between clinical, scientific, and administrative communities and supporting the development of modern, innovative, and data-driven medicine.
