Rafał Staszewski, PhD
Rafał Staszewski is the Deputy President for Research Funding at the Polish MedicalResearch Agency.
He worked in managerial positions at the Clinical Hospital of theTransfiguration of the Lord University (now the University Clinical Hospital in Poznań) andthe K. Marcinkowski Medical University, where he served as Chancellor and GeneralManager. At the hospital, he was responsible, among other things, for clinical research,while at the University he worked on development and investment projects.
Staszewski has cooperated in consulting and training projects with the Marshal's Office,the Wielkopolska Centre for Public Health, DGA S.A and is co-author of one of the nationalhospital rankings. A graduate of the Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznan. He also completedpostgraduate studies in: Public Relations in Practice at Leon Koźmiński Academy inWarsaw, Financial Management at Poznań University of Economics, and Executive Masterof Business Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
